Park on Rue de la Mairie or in one of the small neighbouring streets.

(S/E) With your back to the town hall, take Rue de Mantes opposite and turn right into the second street, Rue des Fontaines, and continue for about 100 metres.
(1) Turn left immediately after number 5, between two hedges, to see a large wash house. Come out onto Rue du Moulin Jaune and turn left until you reach a T-junction.
(2) First turn right then left to cross a bridge, then walk through a small meadow, keeping as close as possible to the Vesgre river on your left until you reach a T-junction (fishing information sign). Then turn left. Further on, take a footbridge and you will come to Ruelle de la Cornette. Walk to the end until you reach a T-junction.
(3) Turn right onto Grande Rue. At the end of this street, turn right onto Rue de la Folie. Ignore a turn-off on the right and then another opposite to stay on theGR®22until the road bends to the right.
(4) Leave the tarmac and continue straight ahead, still on theGR®. Further on, cross a small bridge, then turn left and walk back to see a wash house. On your return, turn left towards Boncourt, walk past a playground on your right and you will arrive at Rue de la Sonnette. Walk past the town hall and the church and you will arrive at the D21.2.
(5) Turn left onto Route de Rouvres and continue for just over 100 metres until you reach a fork.
(6) Then turn right onto Chemin des Coutumes towards Vallée des Cailles (sign).
(7) At the fork further on, go down to the left with theGR®. Follow this until you enter a wood. Continue until you reach a crossroads.
(8) Leave theGR® and turn left. Continue along this wide path, ignoring all the side paths, until you reach the D21 opposite a castle. Cross it carefully and turn right for a few metres.
(9) Take the tarmac path on the left towards La Ronce. Cross a small road and take the grassy path opposite, which will lead you to a country road. Turn left and continue for about 250 metres.
(10) At a bend, turn left down a footpath. At a T-junction, turn right onto Rue des Picots until you reach a crossroads and the D21.5.
(11) Turn left onto the D21.5, Route de Dreux. At the junction with Route d'Anet, continue right towards Houdan. Ignore Rue des Sœurs on your left, then turn left onto Grande Rue to return to the starting point (S/E).
