Park in the town hall car park.
(S/E) Go down the stairs next to the post office to reach the Frédéric Mistral car park and the Salle des Fêtes. Walk along the Salle des Fêtes towards the stadium and the children's playground. Turn left towards Parc Rivals, which runs alongside the stadium.
(1) Once at the end of the path, after a short climb, turn left before the skate park. Follow the hedge to the shared gardens. Cross them, taking care to avoid the plants, and follow the path. Turn right at the bottom of the small descent to reach the small bridge over the Lavela stream, on the banks of the Ariège.
(2) Cross it and follow the Piboulette path to the end, 2 km further on. Continue on the right, along the path between two fields, until you reach the road.
(3) Walk a few dozen metres along the road towards the village, whose bell tower stands out against the sky. Continue along the path directly to the left and you will reach an intersection after a short climb.
(4) Take the path to the left until you reach the next crossroads, 600 metres further on.
(5) Follow the main path to the right, then continue uphill to the road called Chemin de la Gardette.
(6) Turn right onto the road to reach the junction with the D35 a little further on. Cross carefully and continue straight ahead downhill.
(7) Continue along the main path through the copse.
(8) Turn right onto the road after the climb and continue straight ahead until you reach Cintegabelle and see the boules court on your left.
(9) Cross the intersection to reach it, return to the town hall square and the car park, which is just above (S/E).
