The Coulée Verte of the Ruisseau d'en Toulouse

This idyllic walk in Nailloux is part of the “La Coulée Verte” routes.
A walk to enjoy before or after a meal. Picnic tables are scarce, so bring a groundsheet.
Very slight elevation gain, no difficulty, perfect for children who will discover a playground and an orchard where the fruit is free to pick.

Description of the walk

Access via Nailloux. Coming from Toulouse on the D19, drive through the village towards Montgeard. Just before leaving Nailloux, park in the car park of the Collège Condorcet, on the left.

(S/E) With your back to the school, cross the D19 carefully and take the grassy path opposite that leads down towards the cemetery, then continue left along the path downhill to the Fontaine Saint-Méen and its statue on the right.

(1) Continue straight on, keeping to the right of the Ruisseau d’en Toulouse, until you reach the playground.

(2) Continue straight on to the Chemin de Cintegabelle.

(3) Cross the road carefully and follow the path opposite to the orchard.

(4) Continue straight on to the old departmental road.

(5) Turn back, retracing your steps along the same route as on the way out, passing the previous landmarks again, until you reach the car park at Collège Condorcet (S/E).

Depending on the time of day, the route may not be shaded. Bring a cap or hat.

Thank you for your comment. It’s a walk to get some fresh air with the family, have a picnic… not a mountain hike.
