Park in the cemetery car park.
(S/E) Take Rue Jacques Duclos, leaving the cemetery on your right, until you reachthe first crossroads. Turn left and then immediately right onto the path that runs alongside the Coulée Verte. Stay on the right-hand path until you reach the road.
Continue straight ahead, passing the wash house. Continue to the next road.
(1) At the end of the Coulée Verte, turn right into a car park and then immediately left into Rue Olivier Merle, which is a tarmac road.
(2) At the crossroads, continue straight ahead towards Rue de la Grotte. When you reach it, follow it to the right and continue straight ahead.
(3) Cross the road and continue straight ahead on a sandy path where the horizon widens. At the end of this path, turn left and admire the plain on your left where the battle of 732 took place and, further away, the Château de Moussais. You will pass the pretty Baudiment estate on your right.
(4) At the crossroads, continue straight ahead until you reach a junction.
(5) Go about 20 metres past it, then take the grassy path on the right. At the Poussardrie crossroads, go straight on to reach a beautiful viewpoint: note the Lac de Saint-Cyr and the Château du Fou on your left. Continue straight on until you come to a small street which you must go down in front of a troglodyte cellar.
(6) Turn right and take the narrow, cobbled Rue du Donjon uphill. Pass the remains of the Tour de Beaumont, cross the road and continue straight ahead, walking alongside the vineyards for about 500 metres.
(7) Turn right onto a more stony path with a view of the Bois de Colombiers. Cross a small wood and continue to the road.
(8) Turn right and then immediately left onto Rue Saint-Louis. At the three-way junction, keep left. At the end of the street, turn right onto Rue du Pineau, which leads to the magnificent Chapelle de la Madeleine.
(9) Admire the beautiful restored house just behind the chapel as you descend to the left. Continue along the walls of the Baudiment estate until you reach the remarkable poplar tree.
(10) Continue straight ahead for 600 metres. Turn right and then immediately left onto the sandy path, which becomes paved further on. Continue to the next crossroads with the beautiful white tower of Naintré on your left, the final resting place of Rodolphe Salis, owner of the Chat Noir cabaret in Montmartre.

(2) Turn left, then immediately right, and go down a small path to the road. Turn left and continue for about 50 metres.
(1) Turn right to rejoin the Coulée Verte. Continue straight ahead, but this time follow the stream to the small bridge. Turn left to cross it and rejoin the road (Rue Jacques Duclos). Turn right to reach the finish (S/E).
