Park in the Place Louis Renault car park in Herqueville.
(S/E) Head towards the woods via Rue des Forêts, passing the sports ground and schools on your right.
(1) At the crossroads, turn right and take the lane to the D65.
(2) Turn right and walk up the D65 for 20 metres, cross carefully and take the small passage on the left. Walk for about 20 metres, then take the path on your right.
(3) When you reach a wider path, turn left and continue straight ahead until you reach the RD313.
(4) Cross carefully and continue straight ahead along Rue des Grandes Vignes for about 300 metres.
(5) When the road begins to descend, turn right and take the path leading to Andé. Walk alongside a grove of trees, come out onto Rue des Écoles and continue to the right. Pass in front of the church and town hall and continue to the school.
(6) Cross the road and take the concrete cycle path, then the Sente des Perelles, which runs alongside the pasture facing the castle. Continue to the junction with the D11.
(7) Cross carefully at the pedestrian crossing and go opposite Rue des Bleuets. At the end of this street, turn right and go up Rue du Moulin to the junction leading to Moulin d'Andé; a wooden arch marks this point.
(8) Take the tarmac road on the left leading down to Moulin d'Andé. Just before entering the property, turn right onto the dirt track alongside the gates of the mill, following theGR® markings. Follow this path under the trees, with the Louis Renault property on the hillside to your right.
(9) At Plage de Connelles, continue along the paved road along the Seine (Rue de la Seine) and follow it to the intersection just before the D11.
(10) Turn right to go up the D11 (Route de Connelles), passing in front of the church. Once you have completed the bend, cross the road carefully and position yourself on the left-hand side of the road so that you are safe behind the wooden railings. Follow the edge of the road until you reach the end of the bend.
(11) Turn left onto the tree-lined lane until you reach Route de Daubeuf (D11).
(12) Cross carefully and take the dirt track opposite to the edge of the woods.
(13) Turn right onto the path.
(1) Turn right again to return to Rue des Forêts, which leads to the starting point of this walk, Place Louis Renault in Herqueville (S/E).
