Circular loop around the Servins mast

Parking available in front of the sports hall, Rue Tetelin, in Servins.

(S/E) Opposite the hall, turn right, then left at the crossroads. Turn left again onto Rue de la Mairie.

(1) At the junction, take Rue de Gouy on the right, walk past the cemetery then turn left onto Chemin du Paradis. At the next junction, turn right onto Chemin de Bouvigny.

(2) Follow this path up to the left, cross Chemin des Loups and take the wooded path directly opposite. Join the D75.

(3) At the bend, on Route de la Colline, turn right, crossing quickly and carefully. Take the path on the left, which is Chemin de la Claire Fontaine. Continue straight on until you reach the houses and stables.

(4) Opposite a white house, continue to the right onto Rue d’Arras. At the junction, turn left onto Rue de l’Étang and you will arrive near a water tower.

(5) Cross the car park at the Étangs des Claires Fontaines. Follow the tree-lined path up to the left. Halfway along the path, turn right to continue the climb.

(6) Pass the post with the yellow cap, continue a short way then turn left. Continue along this tree-lined path bordering the fields. Join the D65.

(7) Cross this road with great care! Turn left and head up the road. At the next junction, take the cycle route on the right (Chemin des Grenadiers). Ride past a landfill site.

(8) Just before the houses, take the path on the left and follow the hedge. Continue along this path and turn right. When you reach Rue Roger Salengro, turn left and cross the village of Verdrel. Stay on the main road (Rue Jean Jaurès) until you leave the village.

(9) On leaving the village, take the path on the left down from Verdrel to Estrée Cauchy. At the next junction, turn left onto Rue du Dolmen. Continue straight on along this path until you reach a junction.

(10) Keep right and then take Rue de Fresnicourt. Continue right along Rue de Verdrel until you reach a Stop sign.

(11) Turn right. Pass the chapel and the war memorial. Cross Rue des 4 Vents with care and continue along Rue de Villers au Bois until you reach the stop sign.

(12) Take the road on the left (Chemin Croisé), follow the football pitch and then turn left to reach the sports hall (S/E).
