Parking is available in the car park at the entrance to the abbey.
(S/E) Facing the departmental road (D741), turn left towards the east, following the road towards Flée. At La Cadouillère, veer left, still heading towards Flée.
(1) Pass under the railway bridge and, immediately afterwards, take the small path which descends to the left and then climbs again. After about 200m, turn left onto the stony track which climbs (marked route 1, 5A). Under the electricity pylon, take the farm track on the left.
(2) Below the field, in the distance to the left, you can see the abbey.
(3) On reaching Mouchedune, turn left onto the tarmac road (marked route 1, 5A). Continue to the end of the cul-de-sac, then head down to the wooden gate. Immediately after the gate, take the path leading down to the left, following the sign for the urban nature reserve. Continue slightly to the left, following the wall.
(4) Cross the bridge over the Miosson and head back up to the left along the wire fence.
(5) Leave the main track and continue along the path on the left, running alongside the wire fence. After 200m, in the middle of the woods, take the forest track that winds off to the left. When you reach the D741, follow the old road to the left to reach the entrance to the monastery. After the large boulders, cross over the railway line and return to the car park (S/E).
