Parking is available at the entrance to the abbey.
(S/E) Facing the departmental road (D741), turn left towards the east, along the road towards Flée. At La Cadouillère, turn left, still towards Flée.
(1) Go under the railway bridge and, immediately afterwards, take the small path that descends to the left and then climbs back up. After about 200 metres, turn left onto the gravel path that climbs back up (marked route 1, 5A). Under the electricity pylon, take the farm track on the left.
(2) Below the field, in the distance and on the left, you can see the abbey.
(3) When you reach Mouchedune, turn left onto the tarmac road (marked route 1, 5A). Continue to the end of the cul-de-sac, then descend to the wooden barrier. Immediately after the barrier, take the path that descends to the left and at the urban nature park sign. Continue slightly to the left along the wall.
(4) Cross the bridge over the Miosson and go up to the left along the fence.
(5) Leave the main path and continue along the path on the left alongside the fence. After 200 metres, in the middle of the woods, take the forest path that winds to the left. When you reach the D741, follow the old road on the left to reach the entrance to the monastery. After the large stones, cross over the railway line and return to the car park (S/E).
