Park in the church square or in one of the nearby side streets.
The route starts at the church square in Montchauvet.
(S/E) With your back to the War Memorial and the church, take the street opposite which passes in front of an inn and leads to the town hall. Do not take Rue aux Prêtres on the left. Turn right into Rue de la Mairie, then left into Rue du Massacre. Turn right onto a small path to join Rue de Dreux. Turn left, immediately ignore Rue des Vignes and continue to the next junction.
(1) Turn right (yellow and redGRP®® markings). Continue along Rue de Dreux, then follow the path that extends it for about 2 km. Ignore the side paths and keep heading south-west.
(2) Leave theGR®® de Pays (yellow and red markings), which turns left, and continue straight on. Ignore a path branching off to the right, then one to the left (not shown on the map).
(3) At a fork, turn left. Ignore the side paths to reach a street.
(4) Continue straight ahead along Rue du Point du Jour until you reach a roundabout.

Cross the roundabout and take Rue de la Bastanière, then Rue de la Vaucouleurs on the right until you reach the church on your right.
(6) Stop behind the church in Boissets to discover the source of the Vaucouleurs. Take Rue de la Vaucouleurs on the right towards the cemetery.
(7) Before reaching it, take a path on the right and continue to the D115. Cross it carefully and ignore a turn-off to the right,
(8) At a crossroads, turn left towards a farm, then turn right.
(9) Turn left at Mare Robert. In Saint-Laurent, at a T-junction, turn right into a cul-de-sac. Continue along the path that extends from it. Ignore a turn-off to the left.
(10) At a T-junction, turn left. Ignore the side roads to reach a main road.
(11) Follow the road to the right for about 200 m.
(12) Take the first path on the right, which will turn left at a right angle a little further on. Cross a perpendicular path and continue along this path until you reach the entrance to Montchauvet.
(13) Turn right into Rue de la Porte de Bretagne. Pass under the Porte de Bretagne and continue to the church square (S/E).
