Coming from the D145, take Rue du Stade and park in the car park just before the village hall and gymnasium.
Please note that this route is different from the one marked in yellow and called "Fontanarride"
(S/E) Continue north for about 100 metres along the road and, at the end of the village hall, turn right onto a gravel path that starts after a pine grove, between almond trees.
(1) At the first crossroads, leave the path that goes straight ahead and turn right. Continue through the heath at the edge of the pine trees, staying on the left-hand path. After passing a large stone pine tree, you will come to a track.
(2) Continue along the path, marked with a yellow cross, which starts a few metres further to the left. Continue along the pine forest, climb a small rocky outcrop and continue to the D145.
(3) Cross over to the small tarmac road opposite called Chemin du Mas du Pont. Follow this road for a good kilometre, ignoring all other paths.
(4) You will arrive at a ford that crosses the Salaison. This is the entrance to the Mas du Pont estate (wine cellar, restaurant, theatre, etc.).
(5) Opposite the old bridge, turn right towards the buildings and cross between two of them. Continue straight ahead on the path that crosses the vineyards. In the middle of the plot, turn left towards an isolated plane tree, then right in the middle of the vineyards. At the end of the vineyard, turn right and pass in front of the Massillan wine cellar.
(6) Go down to the right and cross the Cassagnoles stream via a concrete ford. Go back up and follow the path until you reach Rue des Rouquettes. Continue straight ahead.
(7) Turn right onto the old Montpellier road, now called Rue Saint-Martin, continue along the dirt track that descends to the concrete ford and cross the Salaison again. Go back up Rue de la Rivière. Cross the D145, known as Avenue de Vendargues, to go up slightly to the left, Rue de l'Hospitalet. Ignore the streets on your right and left, then turn right at the hairpin bend onto Rue du Paradis. Turn left to take the stairs and pass under the porch on Rue de l'Église. Walk along the right-hand side of the church and turn right to reach Place du Ballon. Walk down Grand Rue, passing the bakery on your right.
(8) At the Château Montel wine cellar, turn right onto Rue du Devès and go up to the café-tabac, then turn left onto Avenue de Castries, which slopes slightly upwards. Continue straight ahead and go all the way down to the roundabout. Continue straight ahead on Rue du Stade to return to the car park where you started (S/E).
