Around Le Theillement

This route is marked with blue signposts. Parking and start point: Route de la Mairie, car park by the town hall and church.

(S/E) With the town hall on your right and the church behind you, head straight ahead to the first turning on the left.

(1) Turn left onto Chemin des Bruyères, walk for about 140 m until the first turn-off on the left. Take the grassy path; at the first crossroads, opposite the Yellow Cross, turn right. Walk along the cultivated field and join the tarmac road, Route du Val.

(2) Opposite Château du Val, turn left. Pass under the A28 bridge; 180 m further on, turn into the first path on the left. At the road, turn left until you reach the village entrance signs for Theillement and Bosc-Renoult-en-Roumois.

(3) Turn left onto the grassy track just before the Theillement sign and follow it to the end to reach Impasse des Monts. Turn right, go past the T-junction and immediately turn left onto Chemin du Pont Meunier, following it to the end of the tarmac.

(4) Continue straight ahead and then turn right to reach the woods after about 460 m. Turn left onto the first path and continue to the T-junction. Turn left onto Route des Monts and turn right, crossing the A28 bridge. Ignore Route du Village on your left, cross the level crossing and take the first road on the left.

(5) Turn left onto Route du Pont des Vaux. At the upcoming left-hand bend, continue along the path straight ahead, to the left of the private property barrier. Carry on to the T-junction, turn right, and pass under the power lines. Continue straight ahead, then on the descending path, take the first left and join the tarmac road, Chemin du Thuit.

(6) Continue along this path until you reach the junction with the road. Cross the road carefully and continue along the path opposite until you reach the T-junction. Turn left onto Allée des Bois and continue to the T-junction, Route de Berville.

(7) Turn left at the stop sign, continue straight ahead onto Route des Froids Vents and go straight on to reach the car park (S/E).
