Park at the Eichwald car park. Access via the A35, Rosheim or Bischoffsheim exit.
(S/E) From the car park, carefully cross the D204 and follow the path (marked with red-white-red rectangles and red rings) that starts opposite, towards "Heidenkopf". Follow this direction until you reach the forest road.
(1) Follow the path that branches off to the right, then, at the bend, continue straight ahead (marked with a red ring) towards "Heidenkopf via the Sentier des Sources". After a few hundred metres, don't miss the path that branches off to the left to reach the Abri du Verloreneck.
(2) Continue climbing until you reach the next crossroads.
(3) Turn left, then right (still following the red ring markings) and follow this path to a forest road.
(4) Turn left and, a few metres further on, follow the path that climbs to the right and leads, after several bends, to Heidenkopf and the Mündel Tower.
(5) Go back down the same path for a few metres and then follow thefirst path down to the right to reach Place des Charpentiers.
(6) Turn right, then take thefirst path on the left to reach a forest road further on.
(7) Follow the forest road on the left until the next bend.
(8) Continue straight ahead along a path to reach the fork in the road from the outward journey.
(1) Turn right to return to the Eichwald car park (S/E) via the same route you took on the way there.
