Around the Buzy dolmen

Take the D920 towards Arudy, turn right at the junction with the village centre (large car park).

(S/E) Take the road on the left towards Buzy town centre.

(1) Turn left onto a street (GR® 78), which continues as an uphill path; pass under some power lines and then head back down towards the D920.

(2) Follow it to the right, keeping to the left-hand side of the road (behind the crash barriers) towards Arudy. Pass in front of the Buzy dolmen. You will come to a road near the D20.

(3) Head down the Route de Bescat on the left, cross over the old railway line (cycle path) and turn left onto a path that climbs towards Bescat.

(4) Join the road (playground, picnic table), pass the cemetery and reach Bescat church.

(5) Turn left onto the uphill street behind the church. The road descends (watch out for Patou dogs), pass a cross and reach a fork.

(6) Turn left and reach Mirassou farm (collapsed roof).

(7) Walk past it and follow a grassy path, marked by a signpost.

(8) At Brouca Farm, join a road which you follow to the D920; cross it carefully to reach the car park (S/E).
