Access: In Fontenay-sur-Eure, take the D149 towards Meslay-le-Grenet. Cross the two bridges over the Eure. After about 1 km, park in the car park on the right.
Several different trail markings sometimes overlap (red and white, red and yellow, yellow). Follow the prescribed colour carefully
(S/E). When you leave the car park, turn right onto the road.
GR®655West Red and White markings
(1) After 150 metres, take the path on the right markedGR®655West in red and white at the foot of the 20 km/h speed limit sign. Please note that there are also red and yellow markings. Continue along the path for 1.8 km until you reach a crossroads.
(2) Take the road that climbs to the left, still markedGR® + Sentier de Compostelle.
YellowPR® markings
(3) At the crossroads, turn left. The markings are sometimes difficult to see. Follow the description carefully.
Follow the road, which turns into a path, first through fields and then along a wood for 1.4 km. The path enters some undergrowth. Ignore the first path on the left and continue to a fork at the end of the undergrowth.
(4) Turn left, ignoring a path on the left. After 400 metres, cross a path and continue straight ahead. The path becomes a little narrower and descends to the RD149.
(5) Cross the D149 (take care) and continue along the road opposite. After 100 metres, the road turns into a path. Continue through the undergrowth for 1.2 kilometres.

(6) Turn left onto theGR®655West. Follow the path straight ahead to the D149. Turn right to return to the car park where you started (S/E).
