Park in the square near the church in Veyssilieu.
Continue to follow the yellow markings.
(S/E) Head towards Cros de Lavan as indicated on the hiking signs.
Pass the Château de Palis and continue along the path.
(1) At the crossroads, turn left to reach a small river, then continue straight ahead on a small path surrounded by stones. Cross the road and start the climb. You will reach the hamlet of Burizet.
(2) Continue along the path, after the pumping station turn left to reach the crossroads with the path to the Chapelle de la Salette.
(3) Turn left to climb up to this chapel.
(4) Return to the previous crossroads.
(3) Take the path opposite and join a wider track. When you leave the woods, you will reach the Cros de Lavan crossroads (altitude 350 metres).
(5) Continue left towards Les Gorges. Arrive at Loras.
(6) Follow the path on the left into the woods, pass through the Tramolay area and walk alongside the Étang de Loras lake. Stay on this path for several hundred metres.
(7) At the three-way intersection, turn right, leaving the road that descends to your left. Continue to a road intersection at a place called Les Gorges (elevation 408).
Cross this road and head towards Frétignier. Pass Mont in front of a large relay antenna decorated with graffiti. Go down to the left until you reach a multi-way junction (elevation 369).
(8) Continue left on Route de la Roche until you reach the first houses in Les Mangettes. Turn left at the end of Chemin de Seuillere.
(9) Turn onto the path opposite, following signs for Floutier and Veyssilieu. You will arrive at a place called Floutier.
(10) Stay on this path, continuing west towards Veyssilieu. Pass the hamlet of Sartarieu. Return to the road, continue left and take a final right turn onto Route de la Ribaudière to return to the car park at Veyssilieu church (S/E).
