Start from the small car park towards the bar-tobacconist's
(S/E) At the Panossas signpost on the square, follow the signs for Croix du Jubilé. Cross the pedestrian crossing towards the café, turn right, follow the pavement and cross at the pedestrian crossing opposite the cross.
At the Croix du Jubilé, follow the Croix de Quincieu (yellowPR® signposts). At the first crossroads, take the street (Chemin de la Déganière) on the right; this continues along a path that then turns left at a 90° angle. Follow it until you reach the first houses in Les Bruyères.
(1) When you reach the first house, turn right. Follow the path which continues along a field and then widens (yellow signposts). At the road, turn left and follow it to the small pond.
(2) Turn right to follow the Chemin de Quincieu (yellowPR® signposting) to the La Croix de Quincieu signpost. Turn left towards Mont Morel. When you reach the farm, turn left to go around a lake. Follow the road to elevation 274.
(3) Take the path on the left marked with yellow PR® signs. Follow it to the Mont Morel signpost, ignoring the paths on the right and left.
(4) At the signpost, follow La Salette to the left (yellow sign). Leave the path that goes straight ahead and continue to the right as indicated by the yellow sign.
(5) When you reach a road at an elevation of 279 metres, turn left and continue to the next fork.
(6) Turn right onto Chemin de Maupertuis (yellow sign). At the crossroads, turn right and follow the road straight ahead, ignoring the paths on the right and left, until you reach the La Salette signpost.
(7) Turn left and follow Antouillet, Tilleul de Sully.
(8) At Tilleul de Sully (Serre), follow the road on the left (yellow signpost). Take the first path on the right opposite the Bon Repos farm and do not follow the yellow signpost which continues straight ahead.
(9) At the power line, the path comes out onto a road; follow it to the right. Take the first road on the left (Chemin de l'Etang). Follow it to the next intersection, where you will find yellow signs.
(10) Turn left, follow the edge of the Étang de Charamel, and follow the road to the fork with the Route de Monturay.
(11) Leave the yellow signpost that goes straight ahead and follow Monturay on the left. Leave a path on the right and find a yellow signpost, which you will follow to the Panossas wash house.
(12) At the Pignieu signpost, follow Antouillet to the left, then a little further on, turn left onto Chemin du Taver. Follow this path until you reach a fork.
(13) Turn left, cross the Ribaudière stream, then cross the road towards Antouillet.
(14) At the Antouillet signpost, turn right towards Croix du Jubilé. Continue along this road until you reach Panossas, ignoring a path on the right and two roads on the left. Enter Panossas and continue straight ahead until you reach the wash house.
(15) At the wash house, ignore the yellow signpost on the right and follow the road opposite (Chemin des Écoles) which climbs up to the old village. At the church, turn right and take the Chemin de l'Église which takes you back to the start (S/E).
