Park in the car park on Rue Basse.
(S/E) From the car park, turn right, then left at the intersection with Rue de Solesmes. At the crossroads with Rue de Bermerain, continue straight ahead on Rue de Valenciennes.
(1) At the intersection with Rue du Roniau, turn right, continue along the path, walk to the end and turn left onto Chaussée Brunehaut (C5).
(2) At the crossroads with Rue du Calvaire (Bermerain), turn right. At the roundabout, take thesecond exit on the right onto Rue du Calvaire and at the crossroads with Rue de la Folie, continue straight ahead onto Rue du Calvaire.
(3) At the intersection with Rue du Tordoir, take the pedestrian alley opposite (to the right of house no. 74) and go down the steps. Turn right onto Contour de l’Église and left onto Rue de l’Église and stay on this street.
(4) At the three-way junction with Rue des Sources, turn right, then left onto Sentier de la Planche. Cross the Écaillon and at the bend in Rue d'Alsace (Saint-Martin-sur-Écaillon), turn right until you reach the junction with Rue Anatole France and continue straight ahead to Place de la Victoire.
(5) At the intersection with Rue Thiers, turn left and at the end of the street, turn left onto Rue du Maréchal Leclerc. At the intersection with Rue Villars, turn left onto Rue Anatole France and at the bend, turn right onto Rue Pasteur.
(6) At the intersection with Rue Notre-Dame, turn right and continue along the road. At the intersection with Chapelle Sainte-Zette, turn right, continue to the end of the road, keep right and then, at the bend in Rue Villars (calvary), turn right just after the cluster of houses. Turn left onto Chemin Vicinal de Vendegies à Vertain and ignore the road on the left that leads to a farm.
(7) At the three-way junction on Chemin Vicinal, turn left, go up the path on the left and walk to the intersection with VC Brunehaut. Cross, turn left, then right onto Rue des Saules (Vendegies-sur-Écaillon and ignore the street on the right.
(8) At the intersection with Rue de Solesmes, turn right, then left onto Rue André Bracq and continue along Rue de Denain (Sommaing-sur-Écaillon).
(9) At the crossroads with Rue Saint-Quentin, turn right and take thesecond right onto Rue de Vendegies.
(10) At thethird intersection of Rue de Vendegies, turn left and follow thePR®® sign for "Balade du Menhir".
(11) At the intersection with Rue des Billes (Vendegies-sur-Écaillon), turn right, then left into the pedestrian alley, cross the Rogneau, then turn right and continue along Ruelle des Billes.
(12) At the intersection with Rue de Sommaing, turn left and then right onto Ruelle Bourlar. At the intersection with Rue Basse, turn left and return to the car park (S/E).
