Park at the recycling centre near the castle opposite the park, Allée de la Terrasse.
(S/E) Walk along the park heading west, Vieille Route d'Uzès, then turn right onto Chemin de la Croix until you reach the cemetery. Turn left and continue along the path until you reach the D982.
(1) Cross it and take the path opposite that goes up to the junction with a small road. Take this road on the left for about 300 metres.
(2) Turn left onto the ochre-coloured path until you reach the D982 again.
Cross it and join the D101 below. Immediately turn right onto the first small road.
Pass the first junction and continue to the second junction 100 metres further on.
(3) Turn left onto a dirt track and join a road.
(4) Turn right for about 50 metres, then turn left onto the first path that goes uphill just before a house (La Cabane).
Continue along this path for quite a long way until you reach an intersection. Leave the path on the left and continue for about 50 metres until you reach a left-hand bend.
(5) Turn left and continue straight ahead. Pass a small picnic area and continue straight ahead on the same path until you reach an intersection.
(6) Just before the path joins the D6086, take the path on the left until you reach a small road.
Continue right on this road and turn left after 100 metres, still on an uphill road.
At the top of the hill, take the first path on the right.
(7) Gently descend to the right along this path until you reach Chemin de Vacquières.
Enjoy the beautiful panorama with views of the village and castle.
Head left towards the village until you reach the D101. Continue straight ahead along this road until you reach the small path on the right opposite the castle and playground.
(8) Turn right and follow this path to the end. Then turn left to return to the car park where you started (S/E).
