(S/E) With your back to the church , carefully turn left onto the main street, Route de Vouzon, towards La Ferté-Saint-Aubin. Pass the cemetery and, at the fork, keep left, ignoring the various turnings.
(1) Leave the main road (D17, Route de la Ferté) 500 m after the cross, turning right onto a lane towards the communal pond. Follow this well-marked forest lane until you reach a crossroads.
Follow the yellow signs for "la Ferté".
(2) Turn left at the crossroads. 150 m after passing the road leading to La Tabardière on your left, the lane bends to the left before joining the Route de Ménestreau.

(3) Turn left onto the Ménestreau road (D17) with caution. The road curves to the right, then to the left after 900 metres, forming a fork with a forest lane.

(4) Leave the Ménestreau road and take the lane that veers slightly to the right. Again, follow the well-marked lane, pass the private estate, Le Cheret, then cross the Étangs du Briou dyke.
(5) Turn right at the junction just after the Étang des Briou. Then turn left at the fork just after the Étang du Donjon (the right-hand lane leads to the private Château de Briou). Leave the lane when it bends at a right angle towards Cantarelle on the left and continue straight ahead.
(6) Turn left at the fork (the right-hand lane is private). The well-marked lane crosses the Route des Moynards.

(7) Continue straight ahead for 500 metres after crossing Route des Moynards.
(8) Turn left at the crossroads (towards Ménestreau, 1.5 km) onto a wide lane leading to the village of Ménestreau-en-Villette after joining Route des Moynards.
(9) When you reach Rue du Chemin du Moulin Mitaine, turn right towards Ménestreau church (S/E).
