Description of the walk

Park in the hamlet of Cureboursot.

(S/E) Head towards the centre of the hamlet and the D551. Cross the road and turn left onto it, following it for about thirty metres.

(1) Turn right, keep left at the Fork in the road that appears immediately, then carry on straight ahead until you come to a tarmac road near the hamlet of Le Verdier.

(2) Cross the road and carry on straight ahead along the tarmac road. Pass La Franquèze and continue until you reach a silo.

(3) Turn left and join a road.

(4) Cross over and carry on straight ahead towards Magrin.

(5) Keep to the left, leaving the church on your right, then turn right at the cemetery and left at the Tourelles three-way junction.

(6) Don’t miss the panoramic view over the Viaur valley and the wind turbines.
Carry on straight ahead until you reach the buildings at La Fon.

(7) Turn left, then right, to go alongside the buildings. Go through a gate – open it and close it behind you – and carry on straight ahead to the car park at Cureboursot (S/E).
