Description of the walk

Start: The AugenBlick Tour begins at the car park in Lauterbach.

(S/E) From there, the route first leads uphill over the Winterberg towards Mückenloch. After the initial climb, you’ll enjoy a leisurely walk through Mückenberg (1) and Bremenloch (2), taking in magnificent views of the valley from the edge of the forest.

A highlight is the panoramic viewpoint on the Güntersberg, with views stretching as far as Hohenzollern Castle. The route then descends to the Wiesbauernhof (3) and follows the Lauterbach stream along idyllic meadow paths.

(4) At the signpost ‘Beim Jäger Franz’, you cross the main road before stopping for a cosy break at the Käppelehof.

(5) The route continues via the Weberloch, offering beautiful views, past the stone cross to the stone bench overlooking Lauterbach.

(6) You’ll eventually return to the starting point via the Sommerberg. (S/E)
