This short but demanding hike takes you, not without difficulty, to the Arco de las Peñitas, an impressive natural arch in a desert setting worthy of the American West.You then reach a dam on the Barranco de las Peñitas, above which lies not a reservoir but a small plain reminiscent of an oasis.On the way back, the passage through the Ermita de la Peña and the crossing of a small gorge will spice up the end of the route, if that were still necessary.
