Discover the Reculée du Pissoux and its stream, the Dessoubre Valley and its river, passing by the Moulin de Girardot. A lovely climb up to the Roche du Miroir, which offers a panoramic view, then a walk through the village of Plaimbois-du-Miroir and back via the Montbeliardot Arboretum and its sculptures. A hike through wild, lush countryside.

Setting off from Croy, you follow the Nozon, a charming river through its gorges and past the Dard waterfall. You will pass through the pretty village of La Sarraz and its castle before heading to the former abbey church of Romainmôtier, which was founded in the mid-5th century.

A walk along the Arnon, a river that, over time, has carved out the Covatannaz Gorges and its impressive cliffs. Passing through the village of Baulmes and following the Baumine river upstream towards the Aiguilles de Baulmes, a series of peaks rising to 1,560 m. The path along the ridge offers a magnificent 180° panorama of the Alps, Lake Neuchâtel, Lake Geneva and the Vaud plateau.

Ten minutes from Champagnole, the most powerful of the medieval fortresses still stood not so long ago... A nature and heritage walk awaits you through the Val de Sirod around the site of the Perte de l'Ain, which is at the end of this route. You will pass by the Château Villain fortress, viewpoints, the Rocher des Commères, the castle chapel, the Fontaine des Tufs, the Roche des Sarrasins, the village of Syam, and more.

Starting from La Sagne, you will go to Tête de Ran (1,422 m) via Combe des Quignets. From there, take the Chemin des Crêtes to Mont Racine (1,439 m), where you will have a view of Lake Neuchâtel and the Alps. At the end of the Chemin des Crêtes, head towards the Chemin des Statues to finish your hike: sculptures carved from tree stumps by Georges-André Favre over a period of 35 years.

A walk that will introduce you to the Premiers Sapins area, a new commune in the Doubs since 2016, following the merger of six communes. This walk will take you past the ruins of Cicon Castle and its viewpoint, the FFI monument at a place called La Vêche, with a view over Les Premiers Sapins, as well as Crêt Moniot, Étang le Barchet and its peat bogs in the municipality of Passonfontaine, returning via the Derrière la Roche viewpoint.

The Engstligen Falls, near Adelboden in the Bernese Highlands, consist of two waterfalls, Engstligen Fall I and II, with heights of 97 and 165 m respectively. They are listed in the Swiss inventory of landscapes of national importance.

A walk in the Jura, in Foncine-le-Haut and Les Planches-en-Montagne. This walk will take you to the source of the Saine, the Bayard botanical trail and the tree-lined ‘Path of Remembrance’, which traces the history of the two world wars. You will then climb up to the Belvédère du Bulay before descending again to follow the Ruisseau d’Entre Côtes, passing by the Mine d’Or and the Saut de la Pisse. You will also pass the Waterfall du Leat de la Ruine and its source, then on to the Belvédères du Couillou and de la Roche Fendue.
