This beautiful walk through the hills south of Toulouse will take you on a journey of discovery through a wide variety of landscapes. You’ll walk in turn through lush green plains, peaceful woodland and charming hills which, at times, offer magnificent panoramic views of the majestic Pyrenees. Part of the route also follows the famousGR®653, the Way of St James, adding a historical and spiritual dimension to this adventure. Get ready for a wonderful immersion in the heart of nature, where every stage reveals a new horizon to explore.

A lovely walk around the village of Vigoulet-Auzil, between the Ruisseau du Pont d’Auzil and the Ruisseau du Réganel. Perfect for enjoying on your own or with the family, on foot or while running, in any season, and especially in summer, to enjoy the cool, damp atmosphere of the forest.

This easy route south of Toulouse will take you on a tour of the area around the village of Pechbusque, through plains and woodland and along streams. On a clear, cloudless day, there are stunning panoramic views of the Toulouse conurbation, the hillsides and the Pyrenees.

This typically Mediterranean circular in the Montgrí Illes Medes i Baix Ter Natural Park alternates between open heath landscapes and wooded areas. Montgri Castle, built in the 13th century, dominates the entire region and offers spectacular views. The Hermitage of Santa Caterina, founded by hermits in the 14th century, is an ideal place to take a break from the hustle and bustle of everyday life in a place steeped in history, celebration and encounters.
