This easy circular walk is a good way to discover differently the famous city of Stratford-upon-Avon walking historical streets and places. Then, you will use nice paths along the banks of the River Avon including Shakespeare's Avon Way.

This medieval market town needs no introduction as the birthplace of Shakespeare (he’s buried here too) and this trail will help you discover the key sites inked to England’s most famous playwright.
Follow in the footsteps of the bard himself on an easy wander to explore just about everything Shakespeare related in Stratford-upon-Avon.

This popular linear trail starts at Stratford-upon-Avon Parkway station, and follows the canal towpath to the village of Wilmcote and Mary Arden’s Farm. A gentle wander along the banks of the Stratford- upon-Avon canal as far as Wilmcote, Shakespeare’s mother’s family home.
