A lovely route; at the start, the GR91 was very busy, but once we left it, there was no one else around apart from cross-country skiers. Once we left the ski trail, there were no tracks until point three... After point eight at the Auberge du Clariant, there were no more tracks; we had to follow the Viso route to reach the forest track, but further down the road was blocked by a plastic barrier and a sign asking us to take the alternative route back to the inn. We went through anyway and ended up on the ski runs, which we followed to rejoin the GR91. Thanks to the trail-setter for this route.
