Park in the car park at Cesson-Sévigné railway station.
(S/E) Head west. Turn north-west, passing under the small bridge beneath the railway line. Cross the industrial estate to reach Parc de Champagné.
(1) Head towards the cultural centre. Cross the Vilaine river and immediately turn right to follow it.
Pass the BMX track to reach the lakes.
(2) Turn left, leaving the OCC building (the former freshwater aquarium) and the football pitches on your right, and take the path between the leisure centre and the Dezerseul pond.
Head towards the Tizé manor house (site "at the end of the diving board") and reach the manor house.

(3) Pass under the archway to reach the meadow north of the manor house.
Continue along the Vilaine river and, at the end of the meadow, turn left and take the stairs.
(4) Continue along the shaded path. Cross a tarmac road leading to the Moulin de Tizé (private property).
Cross the Vilaine three times (two bridges and a ford) then turn right. Continue to the site where the Guenou mill once stood.
(5) Continue along the path, then take a wide track to reach a road at a place called Le Bois de Laval.
(6) Turn right. Then take a small path on the right that leads to the golf course. Turn left towards Lande de Tizé.
Continue straight ahead, after Chêne Rond turn right to reach a footbridge.
(7) Cross the footbridge and turn left (on the right are the archery range and football pitches). Walk along the Vilaine river to another footbridge.
(8) Cross the Vilaine on this footbridge on the left, pass close to the motorhome park and take the road on the right.
At the roundabout, turn left, cross over the railway line, then turn right and walk past the Glaz Arena (sports and events venue).
(9) Stay on Chemin du Bois de la Justice to reach the station car park (S/E).
