Park in the Chevré school car park.
(S/E) Take the path that enters the school. Walk along the stabilised ground on the right and, after the boules court, turn right. Reach the end of Rue des Tertres. Continue left on the path. Walk along La Veuvre at a distance. Reach a T-junction.
(1) Follow the path, walk alongside the Lande Guérin Sports Complex, then Rue du Triptik. You will reach the crossroads with Rue des Verdaudais.
(2) Cross it and take the purple-marked cycle path opposite. Stay on this path until you reach the crossroads with Rue des Vignerons.
(3) Cross this too and continue straight ahead on the red cycle path. Follow the pond fed by the Ruisseau de Joval stream. Then join Rue du Fort de la Motte.
(4) Continue straight ahead after crossing to reach the left bank of the Vilaine. Follow this bank, then turn right after the kayak base to reach the junction with Rue des Roches via the path.
(5) Turn left to go up towards the church. At the church, turn left onto Rue de Calais, then Rue Saint-Georges. Reach the T-junction at the end of this street.
(6) Turn left, staying on Rue Saint-Georges. Reach the left bank of the Vilaine. Follow it, turning right, then return to the left bank of the Chevré, also known as the Veuvre. Follow it to reach Avenue des Onglées.
(7) Turn left onto this avenue and you will soon reach the left bank of the river. Stay on this bank, cross the D29 and pass between the river and a large pond. You will reach the bridge crossing the river.
(8) Do not take this bridge, but turn right. Continue through the woods. Walk along the Chevré sports complex to return to the Chevré school car park (S/E).
