From the highest car park at Les Allamands (1096m).
(S/E) Take the track that follows theGRP®® Tour des Dents Blanches, marked in red and yellow. Cross the forest and reach the Bostan-Tornay refuge (1163m).
(1) Turn left to reach a crossroads.
(2) Turn right, leaving the path to the refuge and the Golèse pass on your left. After a steep climb, you will reach the Pas de la Latte (2,206 m) and then the Tête de Bostan (2,400 m).
(3) Continue east to the Col de Bostan (2,290 m).
(4) Begin the climb to Pas au Taureau, which is well marked (paint and signs). This is a steep climb over small rolling stones. There are a few sections with cables in the final part. You will reach Pas au Taureau (2,555 m), with a beautiful view of Mont Ruan, Tenneverge and Lac de la Vogealle.
(5) Reach the Col de Pointe Droite (2,475 m).
(6) Continue downhill to the junction with the previousGRP®® in the Combe aux Puaires.
(7) Take theGRP®® on the right and continue the descent by crossing sharp limestone pavement and then a dirt track. Reach the Folly refuge (1,558 m).
(8) Begin a winding descent, crossing the footbridge over the Landes stream. Continue to rejoin the road at the Crêt car park.
(9) Turn right and follow a slight climb to reach the car park where you started (S/E)
