Park in the car park on the Pernes-les-Fontaines road in the village of Saint-Didier.
(S/E) Turn right onto Route de Pernes and continue along this road until you reach the Chemin du Mourre crossroads after a roundabout.
(1) Turn left and walk between the vineyards until you reach a crossroads.
(2) Be careful here: take the path on the left, which unfortunately is not currently marked on either the OSM Trails map or the IGN map, but is clearly visible from the road. Continue straight ahead on the path clearly marked on the IGN map. Follow it to reach Chemin des Pérussiers and then the D210 road.
(3) Cross it, continue straight ahead on the wide path and walk along a vineyard to reach a Y-shaped crossroads.
(4) Take the right fork, then turn left onto Chemin du Boutacouire. Turn left onto the D39, then quickly turn right onto Chemin du Grand Conil. You will reach a crossroads at a small stream.
(5) Walk along the fence, leaving the path and heading to the left. Then, between two fences on either side of the path, climb up into the Bois de Gavay and reach the top, where several paths meet.
(6) Turn left, begin an easy descent and reach a wider path. Take this path and, after a left turn, you will rejoin the D39 road.
(7) Cross it, take the path opposite and continue uphill to reach the crossroads you passed earlier.
(4) Turn right and retrace your steps to return to the car park in the village of Saint-Didier (S/E).
