Plenty of parking spaces are available in the car park behind the Storckensohn community centre.
Followthe blue ring markings throughout the hike.
(S/E) From the car park, cross the wooden bridge to the right of the table and benches, turn right at the road and go down towards the river, turn left before the bridge towards "le versant du Forst", then cross thefirst bridge to find a fork a few dozen metres further on.
(1) At the three-way junction, ignore the path on the right leading back to the car park and take the left-hand path along the river. After a left-hand bend, cross the river via thesecond bridge. At the next intersection, continue straight ahead, following the Blue Ring. After passing through the forest and in front of a colony, you will arrive at a road. Turn right and continue for about 200 metres.
(2) Climb up to the meadow on the right. Be careful, you will pass through several swing gates, which you must always close behind you as you may encounter sheep, goats, donkeys or horses in these meadows.
As you climb this path, which is also marked Red White Red, you will come to a path on the right that climbs about 50 metres to a hut with a bench, table and barbecue.
(3) Enjoy the view of the Grand Ballon and the village of Mollau on your right, then retrace your steps and take the Anneau Bleu trail to the right. After a gentle descent along the edge of the forest, you will reach a small tarmac road atthe first houses of Kuttelmatt.
(4) Turn left and follow this road for about 500 metres, then take the wide hairpin bend on the right that climbs up to Eichkopf.
(5) Enjoy the 360° view, then descend through the meadow towards Storckensohn to reach Rue du Calvaire at a bend.
(6) There is a bench on the corner. From there, continue to the right, straight ahead towards the district road and, at the end, turn left. Continue along this street for about 250 m, until you reach No. 23.
(7) Between numbers 21 and 23, turn right onto the Anneau Bleu path, which climbs towards Chauvelin. At the crossroads, turn right and then, near the spring, turn left. Continue uphill to the large intersection with a beautiful lime tree.
(8) Enjoy the beautiful view of Storckensohn (bench). Descend towards Storckensohn via the wide Chemin Anneau Bleu, then, at a right-hand bend, head opposite through the meadows. You will arrive at the village road. Turn left.
walk along the wall for about 60 metres and take the small path that descends to the right towards the river. You will find yourself back on the path you took at the start of the walk.
(1) Turn left onto the path you took on the way out, then cross the bridge to reach the car park of the village hall (S/E).
