(S/E) From the Jean-Pierre Rabet car park, take the Piste de la Lieutenante. Turn left onto the Piste de la Bouverie and continue until you reach a fork. At the intersection marked by a sign, you can turn left to reach the picnic area by the pond.
(1) Continue along the trail to reach the caves. At the signpost indicating the caves, turn right onto the stone staircase, then turn left. Continue and turn right to reach the first cave. Follow the yellow-marked trail that runs along the caves. Then start the climb on the left. Once at the top, you will arrive at a crossroads.
(2) Make a return trip to the left to admire the view over the Argens plain, the Rocher de Roquebrune and the Estérel. Retrace your steps back to the track without going back through the caves. Take the red trail on the right and continue along the cliffs, a real adventure playground for climbers.
(3) At the bottom of the descent, turn right to rejoin the main track at a large Mediterranean pine tree.
(4) Turn left and follow the track to reach the Blavet bridge. At the entrance to the bridge, a path on the right leads to a viewpoint overlooking the old sawmill. From the bridge, enjoy the panoramic view of the Blavet Gorges.
(5) Retrace your steps back to the bridge. Take the track on the left and return to the crossroads.
(4) Turn left to return to the car park at the starting point (S/E).
