We have combined this walk with the one entitled “Gilles and Neauphlette Heritage”, as both pass through the hamlet of La Bate and start from Bréval station.
A walk with no difficulties other than the sun, which beat down hard all day.
This chapel, tucked away in the middle of the forest, is quite a sight.
Fortunately, the bars were open and we were able to have a drink when we arrived in Bréval.
Just a quick note: at point 6, the ‘sente des écoliers’ is opposite you when the road bends to the left; the path on the right leads to some houses.
