Depending on the section of the route, there are more or fewer places to rest along the way. Restaurants are few and far between, so it is advisable to bring your own food.
While the northern loop is quite wooded, large parts of the southern route often run through open fields. Some sections of the trail can therefore be very dirty, especially during harvest time. This should be taken into account when choosing footwear.
Overall, the paths are mostly easy to walk on and do not present any particular obstacles or challenges. No special equipment is therefore required.
