Departure from Espace Louise Labé, in Saint-Symphorien-d'Ozon.
(S/E) Turn left as you exit and cross the car park.
At the end of the car park, take Chemin de l'Ozon on the left and follow it all the way.
(1) Once you reach the housing estate, turn right onto Allée des Tuileries, then Rue du Moulin.
(2) At the end of Rue du Moulin, take Avenue des Terreaux on the left.
At the intersection with Rue du Plâtre, continue straight ahead, taking Pas des Terreaux.
(3) At the end of the road, turn left onto Avenue de la Colombière.
After about 100 metres, turn right onto Rue du Repos and continue until you reach a five-way intersection.
(4) At this intersection, take the second left: Chemin du Rivat. Follow this road for about 3 km, ignoring the side roads on both sides.
(5) After a wide bend to the right, ignore the road that branches off to the right, then ignore the one that branches off to the left immediately after. Similarly, about 400 metres further on, ignore the road that branches off to the left. You will come to Chemin de Capron (tarmac) and then the junction with Chemin de la Grande Borne.
(7) Then turn left onto Chemin de la Prairie. At the roundabout 500 m further on, continue straight ahead.
(8) At the next junction, turn left onto Rue du Château d'Eau.
You will pass the Communay water tower and then the top of the route.
Continue until you reach the sharp bend on the right. Turn left, where you will find the refreshment point.
(9) At the refreshment point, continue straight ahead, then, less than 100 m further on, take the path on the left.
After a 90° left turn at the foot of a slope (elevation 291), take the path on the right to the end.
(6) From there, turn right onto the path you took on the way there in the other direction and follow it for 500 metres.
(5) Take the left-hand path.
Continue north-west and go down Rue de la Garenne until you reach Route de Sérézin (D149).
(10) Cross over, continue straight ahead for a few metres and cross the two small bridges. Then turn right onto Rue Descaillots and continue to the end of the road, which leads to Rue de la Blancherie.
Turn right onto this street. Continue along Chemin de la Blancherie until you reach Saint-Symphorien-d'Ozon, where it becomes Rue St-Georges.
(11) After about 100 metres on Rue St-Georges, turn right through the gate and enter Clos Saint-Georges.
Cross the enclosure and exit via Impasse de l'Ozon, which leads to Rue Centrale.
Turn right onto this street, then left, crossing Place-Square Jean Flachet. Cut across Quai Hector Berlioz, taking Place du Marché.
Turn left onto Rue de la Tannerie and continue onto Rue du Moulin, which you took on the way there.
(2) From this street, retrace your steps: Rue du Moulin and Allée des Tuileries, then on the left (1), take Chemin de l'Ozon, which will take you back to Espace Louise Labé, the end of this route where a walker's meal awaits you (S/E).
