Tenay fresco walk

Coming from Ambérieu-en-Bugey on the D1504, follow signs for Teney centre on the D21. Parking is available at the entrance to the town centre, on the right-hand side of the street, near the first mural.

(S/E) Continue on the D21 towards the centre of the village. At the large crossroads, do not cross the Albarine but follow the street to the right, then turn left and pass in front of the town hall.

Continue straight ahead for a few metres, then take the footbridge over the river. On the other side, go to the street and follow it to the left.

(1) Leave the bridge on your left and continue straight ahead on the street until you find a footbridge on your left. Take it to cross the river again. On the other side, follow the street to the left.

At the intersection, cross towards the church and follow a small street that goes up to the right. Shortly afterwards, turn right to go around the other side of the church. Use the stairs to go back down. At the bottom, follow the street to the right to return to the car park (S/E).

Hike difficulty: Easy, rather Very Easy, walk requiring no special equipment.
