Description of the walk

Park at the old port of Pempoul.

GR34 marked in white and red

(S/E) With your back to the car park, head due north and follow the path that runs along the seafront to the car park at the entrance to the access road to Îlot Sainte-Anne.

Unmarked section

(1) Turn right onto the sea wall and walk along Sainte-Anne Beach to the entrance to Îlot Sainte-Anne (totem sculpture).

(2) At the barrier, turn left onto the path that circles the islet (at the end, you can climb the rocky outcrop, which offers views across Morlaix Bay from Roscoff to Carantec). Return to the sea wall.

(3) Continue left along the sea wall to reach the water sports centre (views of Carantec and Île Callot).

(4) Begin the return journey by walking along Anse de Pempoul on your left.
