Park at Place de l'Église.
(S/E) With your back to Saint-Symphorien Church, turn left onto Rue Pierre Pilon and, at the fork, take the left onto Boulevard de Verdun, which continues onto Rue de Parmain. You will come to a path on the right.
(1) Turn onto Sentier du Pré à l'Âne, cross a stream, then turn right and continue to a bridge over the River Sausseron.
(2) Cross this bridge, turn right and follow the path with the Sausseron on your right until you reach Rue de Pontoise.
(3) At the wash house on your right, turn left onto Rue de Pontoise. Ignore the streets and paths on your right and left until you reach point 4.
(4) Turn right onto Chemin de la Rochebaude, then further on, turn left onto Chemin du Montcel until you reach Croix à Baptiste
(5) Turn right, passing under high-voltage power lines.
(6) Turn right until you reach a statue of the Virgin Mary and an orientation table

(6) Turn right onto Chemin de Paris.
(8) At the crossroads, turn right onto Rue du Moulin, pass the town hall and Abbeville church on your right, and at the end turn right onto Rue de l'Ancienne Gare
(9) At the crossroads, turn left onto Rue de Bauve.
(10) At the junction with Rue Neuve, turn left onto Chemin de Ramponne, ignore the paths on the left and right and cross the Ru de Theuville.
(11) Carefully cross the D927, take the path opposite and follow the Ru de Theuville. At the end, turn right at the Garenne ponds.
(12) Turn right and walk alongside a cemetery on your right.
(13) Turn right, and a little further on at the wash house (picnic area), turn right and continue to the D927, crossing it carefully.
(14) Turn left. At the next fork, continue straight ahead. At the next fork, turn right and then right again at the next fork. Then cross a stream and arrive at Frouville.
(15) Turn right onto the D151.
(16) Pass the Frouville church on your left and turn left immediately after the church. Further on, at the crossroads, turn right and continue for 80 metres.
(17) Turn right, south, south-east. Cross the local road. Further on, carefully cross the D151, pass under the high-voltage wires and cross the Sausseron stream.
(18) At the fork, turn left onto Allée Saint-Denis, follow the Sausseron stream and continue to the end of this lane.
(19) Turn left onto Rue de la Falaise and then right onto Rue Pierre Pilon to return to Place de l'Église and the car park (S/E).
