From L’Isle-Adam, take the D64 towards Nesles-la-Vallée then the D151 towards Frouville. Park by the church.
(S/E) Leave the car park on the left into Rue de Nesles.
(1): Turn left at the first junction (opposite No. 7) and continue along Côte aux Poulets. At the four-way junction on the edge of the woods, turn right and continue along the path, ignoring the turnings on the right, until you reach Rue de l’Abreuvoir.
(2): Turn left onto Rue des Chevrières, ignore the first turn-off on the left and, at the next junction, continue to the right until you reach No. 53.
(3) Turn right onto Grande Rue, pass a wash house before leaving it at the next junction (car park reserved for the Town Hall and the school). Head up to the left then turn immediately right onto Chemin des Fortes Terres. Continue straight on to the end of the path. Leave the woods, cross a junction and arrive at another Y-junction.
(4) Keep left and continue along the same path. Ignore the first turn-off to the left and carry on to the next crossroads at the edge of a wood.
(5) Turn left, ignore the turn-off to the left and then the one to the right, and you’ll reach a road (Rue des Ronquerolles).
(6) Cross it and continue straight ahead through the woodland. Walk alongside a field on your left until you reach a crossroads.
(7) Turn left and continue straight on until you reach the second four-way junction, on the edge of the woods, at La Maladrerie.
(8) Continue straight on until the next junction.
(9) Turn right, then at the first junction, turn left onto Chemin de la Garenne. You’ll come out onto Grande Rue; go right then turn left at the first street (calvary on your right). Cross the Ru de Frouville and reach a bend.
(10) Turn left and ignore the turn-off to the right, then turn left at the next junction. Keep left, continue along Rue du Margat, and rejoin Grande Rue.
(11) Turn right and head for the car park, staying on the same path (S/E).
