GR®34: white and red markings
(S/E) With your back to the slipway at the small port of Mousterlin, take the footpath and cycle path that runs along the sea all the way to the point and arrives at the Grand Large car park.

(1) Walk along the car park and continue along the coastal path overlooking the rockfill area until you reach the beach marked Cleut Rouz on the IGN map.
(2) Just before a beautifully decorated blockhouse, turn left to cross the car park and follow the access road to the car park in the opposite direction. Pass between two ponds frequented by several species of marsh birds. Turn right and follow the road for about 50 metres.
GR®34: White and red + orange markings for thePR® Polder de Mousterlin
Go through a gate and continue along this white path, keeping the marsh area on your right. Ignore the sign for "Chapelle de Kerbader 400m" on the left and, a little further on, a footbridge on the right. You will come to an intersection marked by a sign.
(3) Ignore the sign for "Chapelle de Kerbader 500m" on the left again and follow the sign for "Maner-Coat Clévarec 500m" on the right. Continue in this direction, pass through a gate and walk alongside the futuristic-looking Village Vacances Renouveau holiday village.
Walk past a car park on your left, ignoring the access road to the beach on your right. Go through another barrier and continue straight ahead on the same white path. Ignore a wooden walkway that leads into the marsh on your right and walk past the Vorlen campsite on your left.
At the new barrier marked "Pointe de Beg Meil", continue to the right along the small road that leads to the campsite, pass the ORTF Holiday Village and you will come to a "Give Way" sign.

Turn right, walk along a car park and return to the seafront at Kerambigorn Beach (Kermil on the IGN map)
(4) Turn right and follow the sandy path marked out at the top of the dune (route shown). Depending on the tide, it is also possible to go via the beach or the wide path below the dune, which is easier with children but means you lose the sea view. Shortcuts allow you to switch between the two options.
Follow the sandy path heading west. You will occasionally see wooden tide bins where walkers can deposit any rubbish washed up by the sea. Pass the lifeguard station at Maner Beach or Coat Clévarec.
(5) A little further on, the path at the top of the dune ends, forcing you to descend onto the wide path below. Follow it to the left along the edge of the marsh for about 400 metres.
(6) At the first marked path on the left, climb up to reach the riprap area. Note the wooden pillars, which serve to break the impact of the waves. Continue westwards.
(7) When you see the decorated blockhouse, descend to the right towards the car park and pass through a barrier on the right, despite the blue and yellow crosses. Follow this path through the marsh to reach an observation post between two bodies of water.
At the end, turn left, leave the access road to the beach and pass another barrier.
GR®34: White and red markings
Continue along a campsite on your right and arrive at an intersection.
(8) At the "Pointe de Mousterlin 500m" signpost, turn left and continue straight ahead on an earth embankment lined with blackthorn. At the end, turn left, go around the Kost à Moor campsite and follow the wide path along the roadside.
(9) Continue left along the marsh and arrive near the water regulation system for this entire protected area.
(1) Retrace your steps to return to the starting point (S/E).
