Parking is available right next to the start of the hike (free parking spaces).
(S/E) Go to the sign indicating the two village walks. Turn right immediately and cross the bridge over Le Lauquet to start the walk.
(1) Keep to the right, following the yellow markings with a green circle above them. Head north with the river on your right and continue straight ahead until you reach a fork in the path.
(2) Turn left onto the path that climbs up to another fork.
(3) At this new fork, continue straight ahead towards the south.
(4) There are two options at this fork:
- you can return directly to the bridge at the start of the hike if you turn left.
- Continue the hike and take the path that leads into the Bois de Greffeil forest in front of you.
(5) At a small pond, turn left, join a short stretch of road to cross the Lauquet and arrive at the D56.
(6) Turn left onto this road and continue for about 200 metres.
(7) Turn right onto what appears to be a private road (you will see the signpost on a letterbox). Follow the signposts into the Greffeil communal forest, heading north-west. At the exit, continue to the D56.
(8) Follow it straight ahead to reach the car park (S/E).
