Park near the Les Saintes pier.
(S/E) Follow Rue Jean Calot along the coast to the junction with Route du Fort Napoléon (D214).
(1) Take this road on the left and head to the fort where the Saintes History Museum is located : a guided tour lasting around 40 minutes is available.
(2) Return to the crossroads.
(1) Turn left onto Route de Maison Blanche and continue for about 300 metres. Then turn left to reach Marigot Bay beach.
(3) When you reach the beach, take the path on the right towards Morne Morel.
(4) At Allée du Morne Morel, leave the path that runs closest to the coast on your left and take the Trace du Morne Morel opposite. You will reach a fork in the path.
(5) Head left to reach the viewpoint.
(6) Turn back.
(5) Take the left-hand route and continue to the summit of Morne Morel.
(7) Turn back to the first intersection, head left, then reach a new fork.
(8) Keep left to reach a viewpoint overlooking Pompierre Bay.
(9) Turn back.
(8) Turn left to descend the winding road, then take a concrete path between the houses leading to Route de Pompierre.
(10) Turn right to reach the town centre. Continue left at the police station and follow Rue du Marigot. At number 338, turn right onto Rue Théodore Samson, which will take you back to Rue Jean Calot and the car park (S/E).
