(S/E) Leave the Bois Magneux car park (yellow markings) located near the Amiens-le-Paraclet agricultural college.
Pass in front of the college farm and then the oratory dedicated to Saint Ulphe. Walk along the ponds towards the fishing guard school.
(1) Turn left onto the path alongside the railway line and continue to the railway bridge.
(2) Take the road on the left, cross the bridge over the Avre and immediately afterwards, turn right.
(3) Pass under the first railway line. Follow the dirt track to the left and cross another railway bridge to join the D935.
(4) Cross the departmental road and head towards the Bois de la Ville.
(5) Follow the red and white markings ofthe GR®124 trailto the left and head towards the Saint-Nicolas neighbourhood.
(6) Go under the railway line and turn right at the traffic lights to return to the banks of the Avre.
(7). Follow it to the Pont Prussien (where the river meets the Noye opposite the Saint-Ladre Nature Reserve).
(8) Cross the bridge, walk through the Quartier-de-Notre-Dame district via Rue Manasses Barbier and reach the D116.
(9) Take the alleyway directly opposite to walk alongside some gardens and arrive below the D167.
(10) Turn left (you are now on theGR®124) and climb a very steep hill. Cross a road and continue straight ahead until you reach the ruins of Boves Castle.
(11) Opposite the castle, take a dirt track (panoramic view), walk along it and enter the Bois de Fautimon to return to the starting point located after the equestrian centre (S/E).
