Park in the car park near the Plaine Tonique Leisure Centre.
The start is at the noticeboard listing all the Plaine Tonique mountain bike routes.
(S/E) Follow the fence towards the bike wash, then follow the path that runs alongside the Reyssouze and continues along the narrow strip of land separating the river from the Grand Lac. Turn right just before the D1a (Route de Foissiat).
(1) Continue right along the path that runs between the lake and the quarry, then rejoins the D1a.
(2) Do not take the road but turn right then left to follow the lake’s banks to a T-junction near a car park.
(3) Follow the path on your right which winds between the Grand Lac and the Lac des Orcières, then runs alongside the Lac de Corcelles further on before reaching a junction.
(4) Turn right again onto the path and walk around the Brouilles headland.
(5) Turn right, following the banks of the Grand Lac, go round the go-kart route and follow the D28 to reach a large car park, which you must cross by going straight ahead to return to the starting point (S/E).
