The walk starts from the large gravel car park at Trébeurden harbour.
(S/E) Walk along the harbour towards the wooded hill and, when you reach it, follow the tarmac jetty. Towards the end of the jetty, turn left and climb over some rocks to reach the submersible passage that gives access to Milliau Island. Cross it, passing through the middle of some beautiful large rocks. Climb up the jetty on Milliau Island.
(1) At the top, take the path on the right that climbs through the undergrowth. The view then opens up and you can see the island's lodge, which is your destination. When you reach it, you will find a covered walkway.
(2) Continue along the path, taking the one that climbs to the tip of the island, formed by a rocky peak.
(3) Descend by the same route, then well before the covered walkway, follow the path completely to the left, which goes around the tip. After going around it, you will see the island of Molène in the distance. As we couldn't find the path to complete the circular, the suggested route takes you back up to the rocky peak where you were before (but it should be possible to go all the way around the tip). Descend by taking the same path athird time, but pass the covered walkway and the lodge (which you can see on your left) and continue along the path.
(4) At the lodge (visible on your left), a path branches off to the right, allowing you to go around the other point of the island. Follow it. From this point, there is a beautiful view of the Pointe de Bihit.
(1) When you reach the island's jetty, cross the submersible passage again. Once you have done so, do not return directly to the Trébeurden harbour jetty, but climb the hill. On top of the hill is a well-known and much-photographed rock: the "Père de Trébeurden" (located to the right of the hill). Retrace your steps to go around the hill on the harbour side. The path then descends back to the harbour. From there, you can reach the car park (S/E)
