Park in the Moncaup Town Hall car park.
(S/E) Turn left when leaving the car park, then head right towards the church via Chemin des Mariés. In front of the church, turn left and at the crossroads, go straight ahead.
(1) Leave the road and take a path on your left. Follow this path to the Fontaine des Floris fountain, then continue along the path to the tarmac road. Turn left for about 20 metres and take the path on your right. Stay on this path until you reach a tarmac road.
(2) Turn left. At the next junction, follow the path opposite. Continue along this path, then turn onto the path on your left. Follow this track until you reach a junction with a tarmac road (Route du Béarn).
(3) Turn right, remembering to visit the Fontaine de Lestipe fountain. Continue along this road, then turn right onto the path that leads to Boutigué. At the junction, turn right onto the tarmac road, then take the path on the right to the Fontaine de Navarre fountain.
(4) Retrace your steps back to the road, turn right and continue to the junction with a path on your left.
(5) Take this path. Visit the Fontaine de Passe then continue along the path until you reach a junction with a tarmac road. Turn right for a few metres then take the path on the left. At the four-way junction, turn left and continue until you reach a junction with a path on the right.
(6) Continue along this path and visit the Fontaine du Bélier fountain. Take the steps going up to the left, pass the Stèle des Maquisards memorial and continue to the road. At Le Pouret, turn left until you reach the next junction with a path on your right.
(7) Turn right and stay on this path, passing two water reservoirs. Take a break at the Fontaine de Boune Houn, walk along the vineyards and then cross a tarmac road. Continue along the path that branches off to the left, going up to the stony path, and turn right.
(8) At Bachet, take the path that climbs up to the left. Follow this path to Cardé and turn left onto the tarmac road for about 20 metres, then turn right onto the path that leads to the Fontaine de Puyo. Stay on this path, which winds through the woods, runs alongside a water reservoir and ends at a four-way crossroads.
(9) Turn left, then left again and continue to the crossroads. At this point, a path branches off to your left towards the Fontaine de la Hountette.
(10) Retrace your steps to the crossroads and turn left. Continue along the path to Moncaup.
(1) Go straight ahead and turn right after 80 metres to reach the Town Hall car park (S/E).
