Park in the car park near the gendarmerie.
(S/E) Head in the opposite direction to the D7. Pass the recycling bins.
(1) Continue straight ahead on the road.
(2) At the end of this road, continue along a wide carriageway.
You will come to a four-way intersection (landmark: there are two signs nearby indicating that motor vehicles are not allowed).
(3) Leave the Sentier de la Galoche by turning left onto a road that climbs uphill (following the direction indicated by the sign "Retour vers Rosières via Chastel").
In the hamlet of Chastel, at an old bread oven, turn left to pass in front of the wash house.
(4). Continue along the road. Well after the last house in the hamlet, as soon as the road bends to the right, continue straight ahead down a stony path, from which you can see the Corbœuf ravine on your left in places where the trees open up.
(5) At the fork, turn right and join a road (stone trough on the left on the shoulder).
(6) Follow it to the left. At the end of the road, you will find the recycling bins.
(1) Turn right to return to the starting point (S/E).
We left your route, which initially follows the Galoche (where mountain bikes and Gravel bikes are used), to turn left - shortly after the viaduct - onto a path signposted Ravine de Corboeuf, which climbs up the edge of the ravine past two pretty lookouts. Following a very well-marked path heading east, uphill, we rejoined your route at the village of Chastel.
