Departure from the Place de Tervuren car park.
(S/E) From the car park, pass between the town hall and the cultural centre. Go under the gate and turn left at the Keizerinnendreef pond.
After about 100 metres, go up Willem Frederikpad and turn right onto Ijskelderpad for about 100 metres, turn left and then right to find yourself in front of the pond opposite the Africa Museum.
(1) Walk down towards the ponds on the right and, in the middle, turn right onto theGR® Dijjeland. At the end of the path, turn left, walk between the two ponds and you will arrive at the Spanish House.
(2) Take the path that goes around the Spanish House on the right and continue along the pond on your left. You will reach a park entrance gate on the right.
(3) Go through the gate, take the road on the right and after a few dozen metres, take Chemin Voerwegske. Continue along this path until you reach a road junction, then cross the road. After about 300 metres, you will come to a bridge on the right.
(4) Cross it and go up Chemin Ferenneke, cross the road and immediately take the small Chemin Perselarenweg (muddy). Pass the cemetery on your left, then a football pitch. Immediately after, turn left onto Chemin Dorreweg until you reach a small crossroads after a copse on your right.
(5) Take Chemin Dorre Dondersteen and walk along the fields at the edge of the forest until you reach the crossroads.
(6) At the crossroads, cross and continue straight ahead until you reach the next road. Turn left and then immediately right onto Route Hertswegenstraat. Continue until you reach the crossroads with Route Zittekensstraat on your right.
(7) Continue along this road and enter the park again. Just after the gate, turn left onto a small path that runs along the wall. Reach the ponds and follow them on the left. At the junction between the two ponds, turn right onto Duisburgdreef and follow the path up towards the broken stones.
(8) Take the Wildezwijnenweg sports path, which leads to Route Warande. Turn right and, after Place d'Armes, you will see the entrance to Place de Tervuren on your right.
(9) Take the street on the left towards Markt, go through the gate and you will find yourself at Place de Tervuren (S/E).
