Le Mont Menu (306 m) walks
The Opies and the ridges of Mont Menu from Eyguières
A beautiful, challenging circular route on stony terrain. A few easy technical sections add to the appeal of this route, as does the enjoyable passage through the Mont Menu cave. The Mont Menu ridge requires concentration and a good sense of direction as cairns are scarce. The view is always magnificent in all directions: Étang de Berre, the Crau plain, Aureille, the Alpilles, Ventoux, the Luberon and, of course, the cliffs of Mont Menu.
