The Titou-Ninou viewpoint from the Chemin du Roy-d'Espagne

Park on Boulevard Louis Pierotti in the calanque car park.

(S/E) Take the dead-end street opposite the shopping centre, at the last roundabout on Chemin du Roy-d'Espagne before the road to Sormiou. Follow the wide track that leads to the rocky foothills. Continue until you reach the Fontaine de Voire.

(1) Follow the green trail here to begin a steep climb to the summit. You will reach the Plateau de l'Homme Mort.

(2) Continue on the green trail to cross the plateau and reach the crossroads on the southern edge of the plateau.

(3) Continue straight ahead towards the south to reach the crossroads with the viewpoints.

(4) Turn right to reach the Titou-Ninou viewpoint and enjoy the magical view.

(5) Return to the previous crossroads.

(4) Continue straight ahead to reach the viewpoint over the Cirque des Walkyries and Cassis.

(6) Return to the previous crossroads.

(4) Turn right and follow the same route as on the way there to return to the calanque car park (S/E).

It is advisable to take walking sticks for the ascent and descent and wear good shoes as the ground is slippery and covered with stones.

You can admire the view of the city of Marseille on one side, and once at the top, you will also be able to see Cassis, La Ciotat, Île du Riou and even Île du Frioul, depending on your return route.
