Park in the Town Hall car park, in the centre of the village.
(S/E) Leave the car park onto the D15 (Grande Rue) and turn right towards the church.
Turn right just before the church to continue, naturally, along Rue de l’Église until you reach a fork in the road.
(1) Turn right onto Rue du Moulin, go round the back of the château and past an old carpenter’s workshop and the old mill. Cross the river, the Tounolle, via the small bridge and continue to the left until you reach a fork.
(2) Turn right at the fork, ignoring two paths branching off to the left; continue to the right, then slightly to the left.
(3) Head up to the left to join a dirt track. Before reaching the road (D367), turn left to follow the path marked with a blue circle. This small path runs parallel to the road.
Follow the markings carefully. The road is on the right.
(4) Follow the markings down to the left, towards La Tounolle. Take care: in wet weather, the descent can be slippery. Once you reach the river, follow it to the left for about 100 m, until you reach the small wooden bridge.
(5) Cross the bridge and continue up a few wooden steps to reach the old Tacot track.
(6) Turn left onto this lovely path and follow it for about 900 m.
(7) Cross the bridge over the D15 and continue, still following the Blue Circle markings, to the village of Boulot. At the entrance to the village, on the left, is the 17th-century castle.
(8) Turn left, walk past the cemetery and continue to the car park, taking the Grande Rue (S/E).
